How does Follow Widget get my follower data?
Follow Widget retrieves publicly available profile statistics through third-party data providers. You can also enter data manually or import from screenshots. The App never asks for your TikTok or Instagram login credentials.
Why is my data not updating?
Data refresh is best-effort and depends on system scheduling. Open the account detail screen and tap Refresh to trigger a manual sync. If the data provider is temporarily unavailable, you can enter numbers manually.
How do I add a widget to my home screen?
Long-press on your home screen, tap the + button in the top corner, search for "Follow Widget", and choose a widget size. After adding, long-press the widget and tap "Edit Widget" to select which account to display.
What is included in the free version?
Free users can track one account with manual entry, OCR screenshot import, charts, and small/medium home screen widgets. Follow Widget Pro unlocks up to 10 accounts, large home widgets, lock screen widgets, and faster refresh cadence.
How do I restore my subscription?
Open the App, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your Apple ID at the top, tap Subscriptions, find Follow Widget, and tap Cancel Subscription.
Is my data private?
Yes. All your data is stored locally on your device. Screenshots used for OCR import are processed on-device and never sent to any server. When using API sync, only the platform name and username are sent to our relay server. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
