Acceptance

By downloading or using Follow Widget ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Follow Widget is a social media statistics tracker that allows you to monitor publicly available follower counts, following counts, and engagement metrics for TikTok and Instagram accounts. The App provides manual entry, OCR screenshot import, and API-based data retrieval through third-party providers.

Data Accuracy

The App retrieves data from third-party providers (Tikfly, Apify) that access publicly available information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data retrieved through these providers. Statistics may be approximate or delayed. The App does not claim to provide real-time data or guaranteed refresh intervals.

No Official Affiliation

Follow Widget is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, ByteDance, or Meta. All platform names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. The App accesses only publicly available data through third-party data providers.

Subscriptions

Follow Widget offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Follow Widget Pro") that unlock additional features including more tracked accounts, additional widget sizes, and faster refresh cadence.

• Monthly: Billed monthly at the price displayed in the App
• Yearly: Billed annually at the price displayed in the App

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription prices may change; you will be notified before any price increase takes effect.

Free Tier

The App provides a free tier that includes tracking one account, small and medium home screen widgets, manual entry, OCR import, and charts. The free tier is genuinely usable without a subscription.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to harass, stalk, or infringe on the privacy of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Use the App for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Abuse the API sync feature through automated or excessive requests beyond normal usage

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data providers will remain available.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
